Senior Account Manager
Job Description:
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join the team to help lead the management of client projects and campaigns, ensuring all initiatives are strategically on target and delivered on time and on budget. This is a full-time position in our Minneapolis or La Crosse office, with a hybrid 30% remote option.
Responsibilities:
- Correspond and meet with clients to provide a consistent level of strategic service that exceeds expectations
- Manage agency team workflow, ensuring that client deadlines and expectations are met
- Leverage an in-depth understanding of clients’ marketing objectives and target audiences
- Troubleshoot client challenges and offer solutions using knowledge of branding and communications principles
- Assist agency teams in the development of strategies that drive clients’ businesses
- Mentor entry-level account team members
- Develop project timelines and calendars for clients and agency
- Create client proposals and cost estimates
- Manage some vendor relations and correspondence (printers, translators, photographers, etc.)
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of account/project management experience; agency experience preferred
- Experience working in ClickUp, Basecamp and/or other project management software
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, mass communication, or similar field
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple timelines, clients, and projects
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience contributing to advertising/marketing campaigns from inception to completion
- Professional demeanor and ability to build and maintain supportive relationships
