Creative Services Coordinator

Job Description

Metre seeks a Creative Services Coordinator to join the team to coordinate agency projects, including photo and video shoots, research projects, print production projects, and more. The role includes coordinating printing and production vendor relationships and timelines, coordinating photo and video shoot participants, coordinating shoot logistics, and maintaining office/studio resources and supplies. This role combines planning and on-site coordination.

The Role

Coordination & Planning

• Coordinate with accounts team to ensure project timelines and production schedules are maintained
• Track project and shoot expenses
• Coordinate pre-production meetings with creative team
• Coordinate model recruitment processes and talent coordination from booking through wrap
• Serve as point of contact for shoot participants and talent during productions
• Work with creative leadership to coordinate shoot participant scheduling and day-of logistics
• Communicate project milestones and status updates to internal teams and stakeholders

Production & Support

• Serve as an additional point of contact with third-party production, rental, photo, and printing vendors
• Ensure office/studio is stocked with necessary equipment and supplies
• Complete internal administrative and support functions
• Maintain organized project files and production documentation
• Confirm final creative files are delivered to client and organized on internal server
• Assistant with agency business development initiatives

• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication abilities and comfort interacting with diverse groups, including shoot participants, vendors, and internal teams
• Ability to solve problems under pressure
• Flexibility and adaptability for changing schedules and on-site challenges
• Positive, can-do attitude and professional demeanor in all situations
• Willingness to travel within Twin Cities metro area or region for on-location shoots
• High attention to detail
