Contract Graphic Designer

Job Description:

Metre seeks an experienced Graphic Designer to join the creative team on a contract basis to execute print, digital, social, and assets for websites or video projects. This role requires a designer with experience and technical knowledge who can hit the ground running.

The Role:

• Develop creative assets for print, web, digital, social, or video.
• Work within the requirements of our creative process.
• Ensure efficient, high-quality, and timely production of designs and all work.
• Hybrid position of in-office and remote.
• Hours and contract duration negotiable.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design. Agency experience preferred.
• Excellent type and layout skills paired with a strong design aesthetic.
• Software skills: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop required. Figma and After Effects experience are a plus.
• Experience designing for print, digital, social, and web executions.
• Execute design work in a quick and efficient manner with great attention to detail.
• A portfolio of professional work for review.
