Creative Services Coordinator
Job Description
Metre seeks a Creative Services Coordinator to join the team to coordinate agency projects, including photo and video shoots, research projects, print production projects, and more. The role includes coordinating printing and production vendor relationships and timelines, coordinating photo and video shoot participants, coordinating shoot logistics, and maintaining office/studio resources and supplies. This role combines planning and on-site coordination.
The Role
Coordination & Planning
- Coordinate with accounts team to ensure project timelines and production schedules are maintained
- Track project and shoot expenses
- Coordinate pre-production meetings with creative team
- Coordinate model recruitment processes and talent coordination from booking through wrap
- Serve as point of contact for shoot participants and talent during productions
- Work with creative leadership to coordinate shoot participant scheduling and day-of logistics
- Communicate project milestones and status updates to internal teams and stakeholders
Production & Support
- Serve as an additional point of contact with third-party production, rental, photo, and printing vendors
- Ensure office/studio is stocked with necessary equipment and supplies
- Complete internal administrative and support functions
- Maintain organized project files and production documentation
- Confirm final creative files are delivered to client and organized on internal server
- Assistant with agency business development initiatives

- Willingness to travel within Twin Cities metro area or region for on-location shoots

Graphic Designer/Art Director
Job Description:
Metre seeks a Graphic Designer/Art Director to join the creative team to help execute print, web, digital, and social projects for a variety of clients and industries. This role requires a designer with experience and technical knowledge who can hit the ground running.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the creative team on digital, print, web, and video projects.
- Present and defend work, strategies, and ideas to creative leadership.
- Develop creative assets for print, web, digital, and social.
- Be part of an energetic, innovative, profitable, and dedicated team.
- Partner with account, strategy, design, and copy team members to deliver effective solutions.
- Review, proof, and critique design work.
- Take responsibility for overall quality of work on assigned projects/clients
- Collaborate to set direction of photography, typography, colors and other design elements.
- Work within the requirements of our creative process.
- Ensure efficient, high-quality, and timely production of designs and all work.
- Full-time position (Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00)
- Hybrid position of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A portfolio of professional work for review.
- 4+ years of experience required. Agency experience preferred.
- A degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Excellent type and layout skills paired with a strong design aesthetic.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently on multiple projects on multiple timelines.
- Ability to bring new, creative ideas to client work and design projects.
- Software skills: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop required. Figma and After Effects experience are a plus.

Metre seeks an experienced Motion Graphic Designer to join the creative team on a contract basis to execute motion graphics and/or animation for video projects. This role requires a motion designer with experience and technical knowledge who can hit the ground running.
The Role:
- Develop and design motion graphics for digital, social, and broadcast.
- Work within the requirements of our creative process.
- Ensure efficient, high-quality, and timely production of designs and all work.
- Hybrid position of in-office and remote.
- Hours and contract duration negotiable.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A degree in Motion Graphic Design or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design/motion design. Agency or studio experience preferred.
- Excellent motion graphic skills paired with a strong design aesthetic.
- Software skills: After Effects and Premiere Pro required.
- Experience in graphic design; using Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.
