The beloved convenience store was quickly expanding across the Midwest. Opening dozens of new locations each year created the need to hire hundreds of new team members in markets in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa. Kwik Trip was hiring a lot of team members, and those team members needed to be a cultural fit. Metre worked to define the company cultural and set a plan in motion.
